Privacy Policy Statement
The privacy of Members’ personal data is important to the Club and this statement sets out the Club’s policy in regard to the use of such data.

The information you provide to the Club is processed in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005 for the purposes of membership administration.

Other than specified below, the Club will not publish or provide any such data to third parties without a Member’s specific consent.

Club Competition results and Member names and handicaps will be provided to the English Golf Union for inclusion in their Central Database of Handicaps and may be published on the Club website and the "HowDidiDo" website. Club competition results may be published in the Jersey Evening Post. Members’ names and contact details may also be published in the Club Diary.

If you wish to restrict the above use of your personal information by opting out of any of these publications you must notify the Club Secretary in writing at the address below.

If you have any questions or concerns in relation to the Club’s Privacy Policy please do not hesitate to contact a Club official or a member of the Committee.

Any changes to the Club’s privacy policy in the future will be notified to members by a notice on the Club’s notice board and also on the website. As with all Club matters, it is important for each member to regularly check the notice board and, if possible, the website.
